Policies & Fees

*Please read over these policies carefully to avoid extra charges.

**Keep in mind all stylists are independent contractors therefor the pricing and time will vary due to a multitude of factors. We highly recommend a text or in person with your stylist directly, or call the salon, before booking.


 
 

LATE POLICY

If you show up more than 15 minutes late you will likely have to reschedule (and pay a cancellation fee) due to the fact that our days are planned strategically and will set your stylist behind for the rest of the day. If for some reason your stylist can still take your appointment, it is 1$ a minute after 15 minutes. 15 minutes late is an additional 15$, 16 minutes is an additional 16$, 17 minutes is 17$ and so on and so forth. *Medical and family emergencies not included

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel within 24 hours there will be a charge of 50% of your appointment cost. Our time is valuable and so is yours. *Medical and family emergencies not included

NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY

Don’t do it. Just don’t. Or you’ll have to pay for a service you didn’t get to receive before making it back on anyone in the salon’s books. *Medical and family emergencies not included

 
 

All fees are non-refundable and do not count towards future appointments. They are simply to ensure your stylist is compensated and protected for their time.
